Can having Mercury in the third house improve a person’s communication and writing skills?

Mercury co-rules the third house(Zodiac of Gemini) and co-rules the sixth house(Zodiac of Virgo). Also, it is the only planet that is exalted in its own house.

• Mercury is aspected by Jupiter or Venus

When does Mercury not work well

• Mercury is conjunct with Ketu or aspected by it
• Mercury is conjunct with Mars or placed in the zodiac of Mars
• Mercury is retrograde or combust
