Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, an ace investor in the Indian Stock Market is known by the nickname – Big Bull. His liking for investment does not stop only in the listed companies but also many unlisted ones. In recent times, many of the companies in which he had invested in the nascent stage went public, thereby making him millions of dollars on his initial investment. These companies include – A2Z Infra Engineering, Barbeque Nation, Nazara Technologies, Star Health and Allied Insurance

His latest foray is into the Aviation space through a low-cost operator, Akasa Air, which is set to start operations in June-July 2022.

His investment strategy is simple

  1. Buy stocks in companies with good fundamentals, growth potential
  2. Bet heavily when there is a correction
  3. Use day-trade to build cash for investing

In line with this approach, he rejigs his investment portfolio 1-2 times a year depending on the company’s performance and the direction in which it is heading.

His current portfolio consists of 35 companies as per the recent filing to the stock exchange. This stands as follows:

Big Bull Portfolio [List 1 of 3]
Big Bull Portfolio [List 2 of 3]

Using the principles of Big Bull and from other investors like Warren Buffet, Charlie Munger, Peter Lynch, etc. we can build our own portfolio and create wealth using the Stock Market.

Hope this helps
