The Blue sapphire or Neelam is meant to work for an individual that has a dominant or somewhat well-placed Saturn.

Blue Sapphire: Stone that Strengthens Saturn

In order to state whether an individual can wear the ring with the stone embedded, the following need to be seen:

  1. Placement and Strength of Saturn in the Natal Chart
  2. Whether there are malefic planets that aspect Saturn
  3. Whether there are any malefic planets placed in the houses controlled by Saturn (Capricorn & Aquarius Zodiac)
  4. Whether there is any planetary conjunction with Saturn
  5. Relation between Saturn and the Ascendant
  6. Relation between the Lord Saturn is placed in and the Ascendant
Saturn: Planet of Karma

Blue Sapphire(Neelam) is a very powerful stone and it can take an individual to great heights or cause high pain/anguish. It is better to evaluate things well before wearing it.

Also, the 12th House as per Kalpurush Kundali is ruled by Jupiter(Zodiac of Pisces). Saturn’s Placement in the 12th House provides the following by default to an individual:

  • Opportunity to settle overseas if they work towards their objective
  • Losses, if any, occur in a slow controlled manner. Nothing sudden happens
  • Saturn Aspects 2nd, 6th, and 9th House
    • Wealth will take time to build
    • Opposition to the individual will be overcome
